Creating a Trouble Ticket
With Digitek's new help desk system, creating a trouble ticket is extremely easy, fast, and efficient. All you need to do is hit the "New Support Ticket" button, enter your email address, add a subject for your ticket, and a description of your problem. We will receive an email with your request and you will be kept apprised of status of your ticket via email updates. You can also log in to the portal, and view your current and past tickets.
