Cause: User has insufficient network permissions on printer objects

Solution or Workaround: Set sufficient network permissions on network printer objects

  1. Browse to your network printer objects.
  2. Right-click the default printer object and select Properties for Windows XP and Printer Propertiesfor Windows Vista and Windows 7. 
    Note:If the error occurs while printing to a .PDF or a .XLS file, then also verify the permissions on the TS PDF Generator.
  3. From the Security tab, check Allow on the proper users group for PrintManage Printers andManage Documents.
  4. Click [OK].
